SOLD OUT: Beginner Fly-Tying

This introductory fly-tying workshop is meant for the absolute beginner wanting to learn the creative process! All gear and material will be provided as you create a fly to take home, and Instructor Erik Moncada has been teaching fly tying for over ten years. He is a current fly-fishing guide at the local fly-fishing shop, Idaho Angler, and uses a variety of techniques to help any beginner find joy in fly-tying. Through this hands-on experience you will learn the basics of fly tying and understand the proportions of a fly. After completing the class, you will have gained an appreciation of the art form and be able to determine if it’s something you wish to pursue further!
