Join Casey O’Leary, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for a four-part series after hours in the Garden. A "forest bath" doesn't require a swimsuit, or even water! Instead, a forest bath is a mellow, sensory walk in nature, where participants are given a series of prompts to drop into the present and connect with the more-than-human world that surrounds them. For the best experience wear comfy clothes, walking shows, bring an extra layer of clothes to keep warm, and a folding chair or blanket. This four-part series will deepen your relationship with the natural world as you observe the signs of spring!
