Looking for a creative way to express your gratitude for our planet on Earth Day? Join Jason Allen Carr as he guides you through an infusion of stretches, QiGong movements, yoga, color meditation, and a mini sound bath at the end connecting you to the energy within you and around you. Use this practice to contemplate and celebrate your interconnectedness with the Earth! 

 

Note: This all-level yoga class will take place indoors in the Idaho Botanical Garden classroom, unless weather permits an outdoor practice. An IBG Education Team member will reach out prior to the class with information on location. Please bring a yoga mat along with any other props you find conducive to your practice.
