Big Botanicals Soirée to Be Held on September 12, 2024 at 6:00 pm
BOISE, IDAHO (July 16, 2024) – The Idaho Botanical Garden hosts their first annual Farm to Table(aux) Soirée fundraiser on September 12, 2024 at 6:00 pm. Ticket and table sale proceeds will support many of the Garden’s horticulture and education programs and the 40-year-old mission of connecting people, plants, and nature in the Treasure Valley and Idaho.
“As a non-profit, the Idaho Botanical Garden looks for engaging ways to share with our community the beauty and value of the Garden,” said Erin Anderson, Executive Director. “The Farm to Table(aux) Soiree fundraiser offers guests an unforgettable experience with the added benefit of helping us keep the garden accessible, our lights on and the water flowing.”
Farm to Table(aux) is a unique and highly creative event that playfully unites the popular Farm-to-Table culinary trend with a contemporary interpretation of the “tableaux vivants” (living pictures) from French theater. Garden guests can expect to feast on farm-to-table cuisine provided by Horsewood Catering, vivants from Boise Circus Guild and The Colossal Collective, and various artful auction items including one-of-a-kind art pieces donated by regional artists.
