Set in the serene beauty of the Idaho Botanical Gardens, this immersive Sound & Somatic Experience invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the changing rhythm of the seasons. The evening opens with a soulful cello performance by Third Seven Music, setting the tone for a deeply restorative journey. Then, allow yourself to be guided inward with a nourishing sound meditation led by The Divine Orchestra—a powerful trio of sound practitioners: Emily Clark, Brian Louderbough , and Kelly Lee, accompanied by Third Seven. Through a blend of crystal bowls, gongs, vocal toning, cello, and somatic guidance, you’ll be held in a sacred space of resonance, renewal, and equanimity. Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, pillow or anything that supports your comfort as you relax into the magic of the Idaho Botanical Garden’s Meditation Garden.
