The Perfect Setting
The Idaho Botanical Garden is one of Idaho's premier destinations, and offers a naturally beautiful setting for outdoor weddings and private events year round. From small intimate gatherings to large celebrations, the Garden hosts a variety of specialty gardens and areas to choose from. Nestled at the base of the Boise foothills, the Garden provides a stunning backdrop for your special day.

Ceremonies/Receptions: 10 - 1,000+

Price Range/Deposits/Availability:
Hourly or Full Day rental available. Prices range from $300 - $1,600 depending on contracted time. A 50% deposit is required for reservation, and the remainder of site rental fee and damage deposit is due 30 days before private event. Early morning hours until dusk - call for availability.

Catering: Self catering, or choose your favorite caterer. Alcohol: Allowed with required permits, or arrange with caterer. Decorations: Create your own setting following garden policies. Set up & Clean up: An Event Crew is available for additional charge, or client responsibility. Parking: Ample free parking. Music allowed. Rehearsal Time: included in site rental fee. Bride's Room: and Groom's dressing area included. Garden Guild Manager: on site during rehearsal and wedding day. Wheelchair accessible.

Restrictions:
Availability: Events must conclude at dusk based on seasonal hours. Insurance: Additional Insurance is required. Smoking: There is no-smoking in the Garden, with limited access in selected parking area. Catering Kitchen: There is no kitchen available, caterers must be selfcontained. Other: No rice, birdseed, or confetti - prefer rose petals or bubbles.

Additional Pricing Information:
Ceremonies and receptions may begin as early as 8 a.m. throughout the wedding season. Closing hours vary from month to month, depending on when the sun sets. 
               April - 9:00 p.m.             August -       9:00 p.m.
               May - 9:00 p.m.             September - 8:00 p.m.  
               June - 9:30 p.m.             October -     7:00 p.m.
               July  - 9:30 p.m.

RENTAL RATES
Hourly
$300/hour

Terms: 50% of the rental fee is required for reservation. The remaining 50% and a damage deposit of $300 is due 30 days before the wedding. The damage deposit will be returned within ten business days following the event.

Seven Hour Rate
Monday-Friday: $1,200
Sunday: $1,400
Saturday: $1,600

Terms: 50% of the rental fee is required for reservation. The remaining 50% and a damage deposit of $700 is due 30 days before the wedding. The damage deposit is refundable following the event.
