VISITOR SERVICES:
The Garden offers the following services to provide visitors to the Idaho Botanical Garden with a pleasant and interesting experience.

The Garden Store
Located in the IBG Office, The Garden Store is filled with everything from garden tools to T-shirts and hats to wonderful gifts and souvenirs.  Whether you need a piece of equipment to assist you in your garden or a special memento of your visit to the Garden, you will find it among the many wonderful items in The Garden Store.

Restrooms
The Idaho Botanical Garden does not have indoor facilities at this time.  Portable restrooms are provided for visitor use.  Two basic portable restrooms are located on the south end of the brick road.  Two additional portable restrooms (one is ADA accessible) are located to the south of the Garden Cottage next to the "Green Shed."  The Garden's Master Plan includes a provision for permanent indoor restrooms as soon as funds can be raised.  In the interim, we appreciate your understanding.

Wheelchairs
Nearly all of the Garden is accessible by wheelchairs, strollers, walkers and canes by using the available ramps (See Ramps section below), brick pathways and the mowed lawn areas.  Two wheelchairs are provided free of charge and are located in the "Green Shed" on the west side of the Garden Cottage.  IBG is grateful to St. Lukes Hospital for its generous donation of these two wheelchairs.

Ramps
There are two ramps to assist visitors in traversing the Garden.  To move from the lower Garden to the middle Garden, use the ramp that starts on the north side of the Cottage and circles the Herb Garden.  Follow the path around the herbs and then turn right to cross the bridge and go up to the brick pathway.  This will bring you right to the middle Garden.  To view the Lewis and Clark Native Plant Garden, the Don Dick Outdoor Classroom and the Old Pen Cemetery, use the access ramp located on the east side of the upper parking lot.  All of the ramps and walkways are ADA accessible and LESS than 5% grade.
