Search CONSERVATION
The Garden tries to do our part to conserve when we can. We recently increased our office recycling efforts, and, with the city, are exploring other options to “green up” the garden. Restoration of the undeveloped land we manage under our state lease is an important part of our mission. And piece by piece, we are working to not only control invasive plants in this area, but to also grow native species for restoration of these and other lands in southwest Idaho. The Garden will use these projects to help educate the public about Idaho’s natural resources.
